We chose our coffee roaster with care. He selects beans from among the best crop offerings each season, then matches them to the roast profiles of our signature blends: Black Velvet and Brown Silk.
- Black Velvet is darker-roasted to bring out the exceptionally rich, smooth, full-bodied flavor blend of Indonesian and South American beans.
- Brown Silk is a lighter roast; a well-balanced, delicious blend. Roasted to a deep, beautiful brown, it finishes with a hint of chocolate flavor.
We also offer a selection of flavored coffees. We chose four favorites for our Indulgence gift box:
- Jamaican Me Crazy Rich caramel, Kahlua and vanilla flavor this island blend. The seductive aroma alone is reason enough to brew a pot of this one.
- Cinnamon Streusel tastes like the old-fashioned, homemade, cinnamon-streusel butter cake.
- Hazelnut Cream Delectable hazelnuts and rich vanilla cream; this is a classic best-selling flavor.
- Creme Brulee, like the dessert, it tastes of luscious cream custard, brown sugar and vanilla.
We provide our coffee for fundraising campaigns in attractive gift boxes. Four perfect potfuls are packed in each box. Supporters can choose from the Black Velvet, Brown Silk and Indulgence boxes for their order. We also sell coffee in 12 oz. Bags. These, in addition to our gift boxes, are available for individual consumer orders.
